how to use a tampon?

i dont know how to use a tampon and i wanna know how soo if i go to a pool party or if i go to the pool with just my friends
and lus ive heard that wearing a tmpon is more comfertable then using pads plz give your fedback and tell me what u think

Tampons are more comfortable once you get used to them. The first time can be a little uncomfortable. Try using them before you go swimming to get used to them. They are more protective than a pad and easier to take with you as they use less room. As far as using them they have instructions that go step by step in the box when you buy them. They are pretty simple to use and the instructions are very easy to understand. :)

I think tampons are more comfortable. You can't even feel them. Pads just feel like diapers.
Never leave a tampon in longer then 6-8 hours.

the box comes with instructions so theres all u need to know when u buy them- id recommend tampax since theyre easier to insert

its easy all u do is stick it into ur pussy, put the pronged end in first. then press down and pull the plastic off. and then to take it out after ur done, u pull the string and then stick ur finger in ur pussy for pleasure ; )
