There are several " heroes " in the Masonic Fraternity. so allow me to list several rather than just one. King Solomon, King Hiram of Tyre, Hiram Abif, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Teddy Roosevelt, F.D. Roosevelt, Albert Pike, Tecumseh, Joseph Brant, Gerald R. Ford, Winston Churchill, Harry S. Truman, Samuel Clemons ( aka Mark Twain ), Samuel Colt, Henry Ford, Gene Autry, Roy Rogers, John Wayne, Audie Murphy ( most decorated soldier in WWII ) just to name a few. There are so many the list is to long to mention them all here.

Suggest you look up a web site called famous Freemasons which will give you a much better idea as to how many Masons are considered " Heroes " by the people in the world.
