Honestly,' It does'nt make that much of a difference to me !! For instance; Say I have '`a`' pillow that I'm resting my head on..If I feel this could be different,softer,firmer,higher!?! What I think many might likely do is either grab another !?! Or did a pillow !! now if allergies might have anything to do with it ?? simplt change pillows!! for instance .. Get up walk in the room the couch is in & grab whatever that's soft from it to put under or on top!?! Many other things you can try !! FOAM or FEATHERS do'nt matter to me really !! Just give me something SOFT that I can rest my head on !! "R"r,r`r'r'.-

feather ones all the way. they are so much more comfortable than poly filled ones.
