I was served with 2 violation notices in one night - one after the other. S h i t e o u s s h i t!

It has happened to me few times
It was very annoying as there were no reasonable grounds for the violation notices - very unfair

It depends on the nature of the question.. Sometimes they will just up and delete your account without warning..
