I read apparently they were under suspicion on 11th May by Portugese police and hauled in for questioning and also the Morat guy and his Russian mate have connections with where they come from in UK. Its all very odd.

How come all the people they were with are so quiet and have dispersed to the four winds?

I'm surprised he even admits to being there at all! Or is that the next move. They should have been with their children - not a large group of people. Its obvious that those children were NOT an integral part of their lives. They had a separate existence. They have compartmentalised any responsibility for the fact that their child is missing

The "truth" will come out at some point. They have employed the services of a top law firm, Guilt is for those that can't afford the luxury of top legal reprisentation. There was a 43 yr old man punched & kicked to death recently by yobs, near to where i live, one of the yobs father, was a multi-millionaire. They walked free, no murder, no manslaughter,no diminished responsability, no gbh, no assault, no nothing, just freed. No justice it stinks. I've said before the prisons are NOT full of intelligent/cleaver/wealthy people. My opinion is this will stink of the same. Rant over.

Our frequent meetings with the police help us stay informed, allow us to feed information into the investigation and let clarify information with senior officers conducting the investigation,

to clarify information means to get the information right so the information given to the police by the maccanns, must have been wrong,if they are now clarifying it with the police, the maccanns know they are suspects, and they have lied about this aswell, and in his blog today gerry says to[ let clarify ] a poor substitute for, what he should have said being,[for us to clarify] now when i see parents of missing child lie to the investigating police, that tells me they are hiding something, other than the obvious, that they are guilty of child neglect

Yep, it was a rubbish answer wasn't it. And Gerry looked down and closed his eyes straight after he said it - classic body language when someone's hiding something.

Edit: Hi Faith, I learnt it as part of my work - I investigate fraud. People can control their words but not their body language. So much can be gleaned from it.

Edit: Hi Faith, you're correct, conclusions drawn from body language can't be used in a court of law. I mostly use it when I'm interviewing a wrongdoer - if you know they're hiding something by their body language, you then put the pressure on! I can explain more in an e-mail if you're interested.

When are people going to wake up and realize...there is absolutely no proof whatsoever besides the parents word that she was, "taken, kidnapped, stolen, abducted" No proof at all. It is merely a missing child. A child who has disappeared. Nobody absolutely nobody besides the McCanns know if she was truly taken.

maddy could still be found couldent she

i agree the body language is very extraordinary for a case like this

bring the body language experts in , the Mcanns and the people who support the Mcanns should want this as well

Large group, or no large group, it doesn't change what they did. That "large group" aren't the legal guardians of their children!

Um...i think its a rubbish question! What kind of answer would you expect to a leading question like that??? Gerry can't win, no matter what he says (& how he says it! WakeUpSheeple, where did you study The Psychology of Body Language?!!!). Naturally, he'd be taken aback & falter. As it is, he seems to be a bumbler...lots of guys clam up & say the dardest things under pressure, don't you???
Guys, you all have already tried & judged the McCanns not just for neglecting their babies that night (which they obviously did & will be judged for) but for something much darker & sinister (which to me is a load of hogwash).
EDIT: Hi WakeUpSheeple! Thats interesting work! But isn't it like Psychology, a relatively new science that can't be used in a court of law? Innocent people crumble under pressure & do the strangest things. One cannot bank on / draw conclusions & judgements based on Body Language, can you?
