You have to wonder what exactly will stop the U.S. military from continually being at war, whether in Iraq, Afghanistan, or the typical little events that the public never really hears about.
Maybe money will do it. It just won't be affordable anymore.

Actually if Japan took over the world (which they had no intention of doing), the world would be a much better place. We'd eat better, we'd have more class, we'd dress much better, we'd actually learn about our language more instead of talk like kindergartners, etc. etc. etc.
So, your point is moot.
Come to think of it being German would be pretty cool too. Better cars, better sausages, better beer, probably better sex too.
Boy, you ought to think a little more.

It happened during Vietnam.
It can very well happen again. If anything our politicians want to get re-elected.
If the vast majority of Americans want to end any particular war or prevent one from happening it eventually will.
I dont see how the current Iraq war can go on beyond 2009 not including some troops stationed in bases far outside the cities in a similar fashion as they are in Japan and Germany.

Never happen. There will always be some who will want to take what they can from a bigger nation. Are u suggesting we should have rolled over and let the Nazi's and Nips take over the world? Would the world have been better off with a communist dictatorship ruling the world? Are you suggesting we should let a fake religion(cult) such as Islam take over the world? A cult that wants to destroy others and their lands, subjugate the women, keep the young ignorant and teach killing instead of useful trades or professions, practice nonstop rituals, practice hate, intolerance, terror, approve of all of the above by their silence, sell all the heroin they can grow, and otherwise be a blight on civilized societies. War is good for the American economy and it also ensures George Bush's supporters make lots of money. There is also the bonus that America now has access to Iraq's oil which it badly needs. The fight is all about oil, nothing to do with terror, Islam or anything else.
The war in Afghanistan is about a pipeline really, nothing else. A pipeline to carry oil of course.

When it comes to slaughter Americans will aways find the money:
Just look at their history and you will see that bloodlust is in the American psyche.
First the Indians got in their way so they commited a genocide (killing at LEAST 2 million).
Then the blacks got “uppity” and demanded equality so they lynched many thousands (the killers repeatedly acquitted by all white juries).
Now the Muslims are the targets of their hatred.
Thank goodness I’m not a Muslim - there is no limit to the bloodthirstiness of Americans.

I doubt it will happen again, war makes money war is good for the ecomony it helps the arms trade the building trade and is good spin for politicians, politically speaking war is good.
