Its japanese or chinese or something, and I played it on the ps2. You have this little green guy, and he rolls a ball around and the ball is sticky and picks stuff up as you roll it around. You start off picking up like thumb tacks and erasers and stuff, but then you start moving up to bigger things like people and buildings and stuff.

It's probably one of the games in the Katamari series. The first game is called Katamari Damacy, while the second is We Love Katamari. The game is about the Prince of All Cosmos (the little green guy) rebuilding various intergalactic things that his father has destroyed.
