There are some very rare conditions where babies are born without properly formed bones. One that I know of personally is hypophosphatasemia, which means that an enzyme is lacking which stimulates the deposition of bone. An x-ray will show that most of the bones are extremely faint, and some are absent. Without active ventilation, these babies live for about two minutes, because the ribs are required for the muscles to act upon while breathing.
So, the answer is, yes, to a degree, some babies are born without bones, and they will not survive, because bones are required to breath.

You are referring to two very specific diseases or abnormalities. of which you have seen pictures:

1.- Hereditary ricketts (lack of receptors in osteoblasts) that results in stunted growth, and very flimsy and breakable bones.

2,. Osteogenesis imperfecta.- which is the impossibility to sinthesize the "matrix" around which,m the bone is formed (prime cartilage), resulting in very atrophic and decalcified bones,,,

3,. No human being, can be born or exist without bones,,,That is utterly false,,,,

Missing bones are possible. Small and soft bones are possible.
Without bones is impossible. There is no such genetic disease. Never believe pictures. They can create any hoax by Photoshop.
