Why do 99% of women only want men's assets (e.g. if they have a car, a house, a career, cash or credit cards)?

Very few modern women marry for love. In the olden days, women marry men regardless of whether they have a car, or a degree, or a career, a condominium or even a credit card.

Today, most women ask what car they drive before they agree to go on a date. They ask what credit cards they carry before they go for dinner. They ask what job do the men hold before they bring them home to visit their parents.

What olden days are you talking about? Women have married men for security as long as men have married women for their vaginas... sorry to be crass, but it's true.

There is a reason women do this now, because it is tradition. Even in the way back when - cave women were looking for the man with the most potential to be able to provide for the children.

Today I think there is more of a crassness to it.. it is more about finding a man to care for THEM rather than thinking about a man that can provide for their kids as well. For the last 2 centuries status has become increasingly important.

That's not always the case and I think it depends. I've had some pretty bad luck with women at times, but I never felt that women were after my assets. Then again, I'm only 21, so perhaps that changes when you're older. Money buys the things that bring happiness a lot of the time though and women want security. I think that kind of financial security facilitates love, but doesn't bring it outright.

Well i for one could care less what kind of car how much money what kind of credit cards a man has. WHO CARES!!!!


If i am lucky enough to find the perfect man I Love i wouldn't care about silly things like that. I would Marry for Love and nothing else

EDIT: I work 3 jobs I help out at a homeless shelter and i help at a retirement home I make MY OWN money and do not want money from any man. so you see not ALL ladies are lazy and selfish sorry guys that's just the way it is.

Ok, i've heard of the car thing, the job thing usually comes up in conversation, but women ask what kinds of credit cards a man has? lol never heard that one before, pretty pathetic if u ask me.

Lol well if your dating women like that no wonder your insecure about women. Its not easy to find love but dating women who ask you Questions like that are not genuine and your obviously gonna get hit hard where the cash flow hurts.

You need to stop hitting on women in bars and clubs and meet someone through friends or family.

Women like that are very shallow who are just looking for an easy ride in life literally! I hate women like that and they really piss me off ask I work hard and don't need a man to satisfy my domestic needs only the ones that matter!

Women like that give all us hard working self independent women bad names, because men automatically assume women are all the same, If 99% of women you date are like this then your running in the thr wrong social circle.
You need to meet someone either through a dating site, some friends or switch off your glam radar and try a plain jane rather than a bling babe!
Your expectations exceed your bank balance with women llike this, as when the cash runs dry, then they head for the next idiot willing to give them what they want for a bit of bedroom romp!
Try changing your social outlet, goto a pub rather than a club, or organise a few partys, throw them at your friends or your own place, invite people who you wouldn't necessarily date and tell them to bring some girlfriends.
That way you can work the room and see if any catch your eye as well as your mind!
Remember women who look great and dress well don't all want the fast car and flash guy but someone to share life with!

But if you place to much emphasis on looks your obviously going to end up with a b*tch!

B/c the majority of modern day women are selfish; too lazy to work for their own assets, so they have to steal someone else's to make their lives a whole lot easier. Why else do you think so many women are so keen to walk down the aisle; so they can marry some drongo - a.k.a 'mr. right' (i.e. a talking ATM machine) - then retire so they can live off his income, only to financially rape his *** later on in a divorce court, when they're bored with him - then move onto some other clueless idiot, following the same formula etc.

Sorry, ladies, but that's what it all boils down to in reality, despite what you may think.

In essence, they marry for the same reason they divorce - money.

I find myself at an age where sheer beauty in a woman has become much less important. I find a woman more interesting if she is bright, witty, has a good sense of humor and can converse intelligently on a variety of subjects. As you can probably imagine my encounters with such women are quite limited.

I was raised to be independent, and when I say that I really mean independent. I don't really care what car a guy drives, because I have my own, I have my own credit cards I don't need to know about yours (not to say I want a moocher), and as for the job well as longs as they have one.

Because the female is responsible for building the family and they want to make damn sure the man can handle the responsibilities.
She wants the best hunter/warrior in the tribe! That insures her that her children will not have want for anything. It is an instinct born into the female body, and mind. Will this man provide? Can I trust him to provide for my offspring.
This goes back 70,000 years my man. It isn't going to change in the near future. Certainly not in your lifetime.
Now you know. Prepare yourself for it when you go searching for a lifelong mate. She will want to see the quality and quantity of the meat you bring home my man. Now if you want a good woman for a wife, to raise your children? You have a head start on building shelves to place your hunting trophies.
This will let her know you can provide.

WOW 99%... huh? You have narrowed your dating possibilities drastically. I think there are women who only care about the material things a man can provide but if 99% in your life are like that.... you need to venture out and meet more women. The rate is not 99%.
Women do want a man to be stable and able to take care of themselves........... they want to date a man not take care of an additional child.
