Sometimes I do get angry and grumble about how this is not what I want, etc.

This happens so many times to me, though whether i'm angry at myself or not depends on whether the food I settled with was better than the food I was craving or worse. The exception to this rule being that I can often eat a food better than the one I am craving and still crave the food.

I am always craving for steak, a real good choice cut, barbecued, and with grilled veggies. No matter the time of year or day. I only have that craving fulfilled about 6-8 times a year. Darn, but I think I could eat that every day. Must be something missing in my system. lol

No, not angry. I just still feel hungry, even if I'm completely stuffed, if that makes any sense.

Usually my favorite restaurants (and therefore, foods) are in the next town, so it all depends on how bad I'm craving something and if I'm willing to drive a half-hour to get it!

I get really upset with myself if I blow calories lately... I am far better off to have something made for me to eat I can grab in a quick second for myself... My kids eat typical kid food... And I am working too hard lately to come home from working out hungry with two kiddies who are hungry and want pizza...
Pizza for them great! Pizza for me, not so great... That should be once in a while.. I on the other hand need a tuna sandwich with spinach leaves , tomato, and huge jalepenos to kill the fishy smell... Stuff it in a toasted whole grain pita pocket and it is very satisfying to me... The pizza is a temporary fix... And after, the feeling is heavy... The pita pocket, much better.... And does not kill my energy... The pizza makes me wanna crash...

LOL! I guess you can see this a a huge issue with me... When your run, consistantly with every day life.... It is ever more so important to eat healthy, work out hard, sleep plenty especially when your body chews your bum out for lack of!!!!
I also like carrot and celery ready to grab and and even radisshes... I wash them and cut them up like potato chips... And keep them in a bowl of bottled water in the fridge... Make excellent crunchy to replace a chip... My point is, it requires time to have healthier alternative available to eat... Something beneficial I have found that helps...
OMG! I think I am turning in to a fanatic over this stuff, but hey healthier feels so good....

Not exactly angry but not too proud of myself. I always crave sugar and candy. I eat cereal instead.

I'm not sure....

I have had this pickle craving recently, so everytime I ate a pickle I felt good....

I'm sure if I have something else craving I would make that available, I hate driving in traffic...

When you gotta eat, you gotta eat, and if I don't have what I want its either go to the store or eat something else, sometimes the store wins. Why would I get mad at myself for eating something, I eat well and am not over weight.
