Your eyebrows look like apostrophes. The shape does not flatter your face nor follow your brow line. They also lack an arch.
1) Stop tweezing. Hide your tweezers. Let your brows grow for 2-3 weeks.
2) Book an appointment at a good salon & have them professionally shaped. It will take a few appointments over the course of 6 months or so to get them into a proper, more flattering shape.
You want your eyebrows to arch above the last part of the iris - not towards the front. You also don't want your brows to point downward so severely as it drags down your face.
Here's a guide to flattering brow shapes for each face type:

Let a professional take over for awhile & implement these tips for maintenance.

Your a very pretty girl, and there is nothing terribly wrong with your eyebrows. I would suggest you to let the thin parts of your eyebrows grow out a little bit. Your eyebrows aren't very proportional. You really don't want to go thinner so just lay off on the plucking, or waxing. What you need to do is let the thin part grow a little bit, because it is too thin for the thickness toward the part of the eyebrow near your nose. Or you can make the thickest part of your eye brow somewhat thinner so that they will look more even.
hope this helps.

Your eyebrows start too far from your nose. You need to find a way to let them grow closer to each other. If that's just the way they are, try buying a pencil that matches the colour of your eyebrows and extend them lightly towards your nose. Do not make them look DRAWN ON!!
Also, try to design them (by tweezing correctly and using the pencil) to be more straight. They look like question marks right now...
Oh and another thing: do not use sunglasses that are round -- that will only accentuate the shape of your eyebrows. Try shades that are more linear - more straight.

Nice shades.
I wouldn't pluck them any thinner. Try growing in the hairs on the outer sides of the thick part, and then plucking and managing them so that they grow in a diagonal line up into the arch. DON'T pluck the tops - it'll ruin the nice shape and make your brows look unnatural. Or you could grow them in and have a professional shape them. =]
Best of luck!

It's a simple case of givittothamanneosis, a serious disease which affects many superstars, Chris Judd unfortunately also has a bung brow. We can only help that more money is put into finding a cure.

I would make the part which is close to the nose a bit slimmer, by getting rid of the upper hair. But let a professional do it in order not to get a worst result.
all the rest looks perfect

first off, you are cute and your eyebrows are such a small thing i wouldn't worry too much. they are a little thin and from what i hear you can use caster oil to make them grow faster. the style network has tips on it i think.
good luck!
