my son friend been living with him and his wife and kids for almost a year his friend to lazy to work couse he smokes pot got my son doing the same now he treats his wife and kids bad what shouid i do to fix it with out any athordies son will go to jail his friend dont care

Talk to him about getting into rehab before he loses everything that he holds dear to him. Ask him how he would feel if his wife did that to him. Tell him that if he wants to be a man, then he needs to act like it instead of using drugs to escape from his problems. Tell him that drugs only make you temporarily happy, but you always wake up to the same problems, and sometimes even worse problems.
I would also suggest that his wife and children leave him until he straightens up. That is no kind of life for those children. You do not want them to grow up thinking that is an acceptable way to behave. If the wife remains there, the children will think that she is condoning his actions, regardless of what she tells them. Children learn by example.

As much as you would like to fix the problems, its not your place anymore. What he does at his house and who he wants to support is his business. You can politely have a discussion and share your opinions about his lifestyle, but overall he's going to do what he wants. He may be rebelling about your need or desire to have him do things a certain way. It would be nice if our loved ones listened, but they usually don't - and saying things or getting too involved just causes even more problems within the family.

Confront your son and tell him what your seeing and if he doesn't change your going to support his wife when she inquires about a divorce!
Then a few people over to have a good long(maybe violent) talk with the other person!
