No, because there are too many variables. Each person is different, therefore what one person does while lying isn't the same as another person would do. For instance, increased heart rate is a sign of lying in some people...but for those who are pathological liars it will not affect their heart rate when lying.
Instead of "How to Detect a Lie" why not "The procedures used by law enforcement to detect lies"?
