Too many times the individual cannot make bail or there are circumstances where the person may be considered a flight risk or for safety reasons for that individual or others in the trial/victims.

That is just a phrase, you are guilty until proven innocent, although, honestly you can maintain your freedom most of the time if you can afford to pay the bail. hahahaha : )

If they had enough evidence to arrest this person, there is probably a chance they will find him/her guilty.
