OMG.... I couldn't believe that someone specifically would ask about the late DAVID RUFFIN. I'm still one of his biggest fans. I have several of his music videos, from when he was in the temptations, in addition to when he was on his solo career. I think he's one of the best in his genre. I have a good collection of his music AFTER the temptations. Also have the duets he performed with Eddie Kendricks. It's unfortunate he died when he did. I'm certain we'd be enjoying a lot more of him had he lived longer.
Did you see the Temptations movie? (if you haven't, you should) If so what did you think of how he was portrayed in it?
If you ever need ANY Ruffin song. Let me know, I'll be more than happy to send it to you. I love it when people recognize a unique quality voice.

David was the man. He was a crazy man, but no doubt he's in the top ten and you know he'd tell you that in a heartbeat.

Voices like that don't come along too often! Any doubt, listen to "Statue of a Fool" that he recorded as a single artist. Just dosen't get any better.
