Just wanna, whether the companies in UAE object the candidate for keeping beard, or theres no problem in keeping beard and we can get job while keeping on beard...???

No, it is totally a wrong observation. There is no problem for keeping beard for job seekers. The companies in UAE have no rights to interfere or imply in the personal and religious matters of their staff.

it depends on the job interviewer, if he is not from the middle east or not muslim (from the west) he may feel not ok with hiring you, he will prefer some one without a beard, also applies for hijab. beard may lower your chances to get the job
the best thing you can do and others have done, is shave the beard and when you get the job and start working then you can grow the beard back.

Generally speaking, not a problem. You should not keep it Taliban-style unless you want to apply for certain positions ;-)
There are some restrictions as per company codex. Emirates Airlines for example has a strict policy, allowing only short moustaches and no goatees or beards at all for all of their customer-facing staff. Which means I couldn't work for them...

I hear we have access to their voting records. Show me the site of all the things Obama and McCain has voted for and against in the last 4 years and WHY they voted the way they did with an short explanation of each bill. You will NEVER see their voting records published in the news papers 3 weeks before an election.

hard to predict cause it really depends on the interviwer and his/her views. It should not be a problem cause a lot of people have beards in this part of the world.
