Feel it, but don't live in it. At least feeling it lets you know you're alive. When it finally becomes uncomfortable enough for you to try another course, learn how to forgive. When you've hit a decent level of acceptance, learn how to channel negatives into positive action. Then share with others how you survived being overwhelmed with hatred.

Turn it into tons of love!! I have hatred towards a lot of things but I don't seek revenge nor do I bottle it up. I simple throw it in the burn barrel and catch it on fire then I move on. I think it is a waste of time to get angry. Life should be full of happiness!!
