Do I need to set up an account like checking with paypal or how do I transfer money into their account in order for them to pay bills? I've already got an account verification but I still don't understand how it works?

I opened my account and set it up so that when I enter something I want paid, Paypal pays the person or company and then it charges my charge card. You can probably have it debit your checking but not sure. You can email them and they will give you the correct procedure to follow. They are extremely helpful. You just follow the instructions when you want to pay someone. Or click help and start reading. Everything you need to know is there. . .

paypal confuses me it still wont let me get verified after using like 50 cards
