in a perfect world, yes. But because you don't know when she ovulated, and because not every woman will have a perfectly regulated cycle, its best not to risk it. Just protect yourselves.

That would be a good time, however it is always better to use protection in case. Those little sperm may live a couple weeks and then what? She gets pregnant! Please at least try to keep a condom on!

If you have to ask, it means you are not using a condom. And if you are not using a condom, you are not mature enough to be having sex in the first place.
