gitcher sexy, in my opinion, all answers are good in polls and surveys . i seek only opinions only. only in exact sciences like mathematics, physics we have specific answers. in philosophy and psychology there are neither good nor bad answers. if i know the answer, why should i question at all?

On a rare occasion I have had nothing but answers that don't impress me in any way. They aren't amusing. They aren't insightful. They aren't thought provoking.

When someone chooses to answer in a way that is simply dogmatic and cliche then I lose interest in that answer. If get nothing but that type of answer then personally, I lose interest in the question and let it go to voting. Hopefully there someone will find something useful where I did not.

Thank you. I was going to ask the same question but, you saved me from doing it. I don't understand that mess either because I feel they would be the best person to select the answer since the question came from them and nine times out of ten, the voters won't pick the same answer that person would have picked. If you think about, it's kinda unfair because you really didn't get to have that person's opinion.

Sometimes the answers simply fail to satisfy. That's when I toss them to the wolves. If someone's not going to bother with a decent answer then I'm not going to be the one to pick. It's a matter of quality and credibility vs. reinforcing laziness.

Maybe they just forgot, like I have. Then when they went to do it it was too late. And probably A. I have done that too, especially if it is an opinion question and there are a bunch of similar answers to choose from.

D. They put off selecting a best answer too long, and before they knew it, their question was 'In voting' and they lost 3 points...The worst part is that the answer with the most votes sucked!

D. Like me. My husband ends up in the hospital quite often for cancer related issues and I can't get back to selecting a best answer. Sometimes life gets in the way.

They forgot that they had to come back within 3 days to vote for an answer...those questions that pass the "due date" automatically gets sent to be voted by the public.
