This depend on how much you want to decorate your house. If only basic ceramic floor, kitchen cabinets, simple electrical wiring, painting - maybe about S$10,000 to S$12,000.

What are you renovation? how far are you going? I could come in for several thousand, but if your going all the way with cabinets, bathrooms and painting, new windows and the works, it could be over 15 thousand.
You have to know what you want and what you can spend.
