what's the best way of studying my lessons?

specially in english class.

I always did the hardest class assignments first, while my mind was still fresh, and the easiest ones last (the ones that don't require as much brain power. LOL). English was always easy for me, but if I had to write a paper of any length, I did it first--again so I'd have fresh ideas. The longer you put things off, the more tired you get and you won't want to do anything.
