the DS is made to play gba games specifically. If you want to play gbc games, get a gba sp.

The ds was made only for gba games and ds games. Sadly game boy color games or too old now.

GBC games were fun but they have grown obsolete and don't work on the more advanced technology of a console 3 generations after the GBC
