Get a legitimate power forward who can rebound like Udonis Haslem to play alongside Lamar Odom.
Get Scottie Pippen to tutor Luke Walton so he can defend better.

The best thing they can do is trade Kobe, just get him out of there, and build the team around guys who want to be there, build the team around Lamar Odom.

hire a driver who can score!!! last i heard, jerry buss can do both. he is a driver (caught and charged with DUI) and can score (reports have it that at the time of the arrest, he was with a 23 year old woman). talk about driving and scoring!!!
