I was driving down the 55 fwy in Costa Mesa, CA in an '88 Hyndai Excel. It was pouring rain, so bad that I was only doing 45 mph in a 55. In the lane to my left, there was a car doing about 40 mph so I was creeping up on it. Right as it's rear bumper was approaching my front bumper, it turned into my lane. I swerved and did two 360s across two lanes of traffic. I stopped facing the wrong way in the fast lane and got creamed by a Lincoln. Luckily, I wasn't facing accross the lane, the Lincoln would have slammed right into my door. I'm sure I wouldn't be here today.
I think about that at least once a month and it happened 14 years ago.

I was at a Power of the Pen State Tournament (unique to Ohio) and we were at a dance. Suddenly a girl ran to the front and whispered something to the DJ, wide-eyed and shaky. He turned down the music and that's when we all heard the sirens loud and clear. I grasped my friends arm as the hysteric crowd of like 200 kids moved toward the basement. An umbrella burst forth from the crowd in front of us and my friend took hold of it, somehow knowing it was her mom fishing us toward her. We moved to the basement where we were warned that it was coming really close. I cried and cried and stared at the white walls wondering if they would topple any second and beome my heartless grave. I thought of my family and I thought of everything I wouldn't get to do. I prayed and prayed and held myself for the entire 45 minutes we were stuck down there. I danced and screamed when we were told it was gone. I was 12 then. That was by far the scariest thing that ever happened to me! (Now I'm 13)

I'm still young and haven't been though a lot of scary incidents, but when I was a little kid getting in a car accident was the scariest thing that happened to me.

it happened when i was 10. I was flying back home alone after vacations at my grandparents' and the plane got into a huge storm. The lights in the aisle went down and everything was shaking and making a loud noise. I was so scared, everybody was screaming and the plane went a little bit lower so fast. I was thinking we were felling down in the middle of the Caribbean sea. After that i had troubles sitting for a long time. Mi back was killing me with pain. My flight arrived almost one hour delayed.

THE DAY MY LIFE FLASHED IN FRONT OF ME:
I'm a BIKER, had a ladder fly off the back of a truck at me while on the freeway. When it came at me, it popped open and landed upright in my lane!. this all happened in a matter of seconds, with no time to think, and unable to get out of the lane, I leaned the bike all the way down until the peg was grinding (I was convinced I was going to hit it, so I wanted to lessen the blow) all the while I was holding onto a side mirror of the car next to me to keep from tipping all the way over, and of course I was going like 75mph.

There was this bee that chased me for like 15 feet ,13.63 years ago on a summer day in the lower field at public school the temperature was 25.2 degrees C and the wind was blowing south-west at 4241.429 CM/Hour. What was I talking about?

I got pushed off of a jungle gym and landed head first onto the ground. I got knocked unconscious and suffered a severe concussion.
I also almost got hit by a car once.

I was getting into my car and a drunk driver swerved into me and missed me by less than an inch.
The car repair place and the insurance company told me that the angle the guy had at me should have killed me and they had no reason why he didn't hit me.
My kids were in the car and would have seen me die... That was the worst part of the whole thing...

When I was 17. I came home from school one day.
Got a phone call that my dad, mom, brother slid off a mountain in a car in the winter. slid all the way down.
But they were all belted in, and no one was hurt.
Was almost suddenly all alone.
It was very scary.

I was cleaning really fast, wasn't looking and I picked up a bug by accident.Ah! saw it's legs crawling, threw it right down and ran away!
I know it's not that scary, but it popped in my head when I read the question =D
