This drive belt is a smaller version of the big serpentine belt that drives every other accessory on the motor. You have to service it from underneath the truck. There is a separate tensioner for this belt. As I remember, this is an adjustable type of a tensioner. You would have to loosen it off to retract the tensioner and slip the belt around the three pulleys. As I also remember, these tensioners had a tendency to seize meaning you would have to replace the tensioner as well as the belt. Before getting the parts just check the tensioner bearing and the AC compressor plus it's bearing. Good luck.

I have to agree with the above answer. But if you insist, then go with what you think looks the best or what you like the most. Keep in mind that lifting it will change the mpg and if you were to lift it six inches, then it would look chinky without bigger tires. That's another 1000 to 2000. Then you have the problem of block versus suspension. A block lift is cheap, less than 500 for an all block six incher. A suspension lift of the same height would give you better performance, but costs closer to what your thinking. And honestly, the turning radius isn't really a big deal, as a lot of trucks have crappy ones anyways. Remember that you can get lifts in any size, from half inch even up to thirteens. If you want my opinion, you should go with the 2 inch to start, and then from there it is easy to lift them higher, but remember to just go with what you like
