Sorry, but I am not crazy about the name Neil. I like Ryan, and almost considered that name for my son. But as a teacher, I had 3 Ryan's the year I had my baby and decided against the name!!
I do like Valerie Rose.
Other options:
Valerie Ann
Valerie Beth
Valerie Renee
Valerie Nicole
Valerie Amber

Valerie Ann or Valerie Rose. I think a one syllable middle name would be better since Valerie is three syllables. You don't want it too long.
I like Neil, but as another person said, there are a lot of Ryans nowadays.

I really like Rose and Ryan! Neil is really not my style at all (I think because of a very annoying kid I went to school with) and Valerie I don't care for either. What about Veronica Rose? I think that sounds really pretty!

The middle names are both pretty trendy right now but middle names never get used really so whatever you like should be fine. I love Valerie - not overused at all!

Theese days neither of those sound common. Other names to go with Valerie, how about:
Valerie Catherine
Valerie Cheyenne
Valerie Marlena
Valerie Susanne
The middle name Rose seems to be becoming common, along with other 1 syllable middle names.
