I assume you mean metaphorically, not physically.
I absolutely hate the sound of people cracking their knuckles one by one. It is my equivalent of "fingers on a blackboard" but only worse. If someone does their whole hand at once, that is not so bad, but each and every knuckle on each finger of each hand drives me up a wall.

my little sister SMACKS HER LIPS AND JAWS when she eats and it sounds like the food is trying to jump back out of her mouth, thats how much she smacks. My other sister and I can't even be in the same room with her when she's eating because it drives us nuts.
