and do i have to buy 2 cpus, cuz i was told it wont work without 2 processor?

It will work in this motherboard, but YES you do HAVE to buy 2 processors, it will not work with just one, and there is only one processor in that box. (And although you didn't ask for a revies, I will throw one in anyway, by the time you have bought the 2 processors and motherboard, you will have spent about $1330, and the performance is not worth it)

Yes, the L1 platform of the AMD series requires you to buy two Identical processors for that motherboard. This was their competition to the quad core design released by Intel. Realistically the performance isn't there when compared to any of the following, the FX-62, the Athlon 64 X2 6000+, or the Intel Quad series. Why spend the money that way when you can save a ton of money and just purchase either the Athlon 64 FX-62 or the Athlon 64 X2 6000+ with the Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe or Premium motherboards.

I would just buy a new computer if you are going to spend that much. A new computer cost $800.

It will work. And I think, when you buy a QuadFather, you will get 2 processors in a box.
