No because ECW got reborn because they were distinctly different and the ECW show has a different feel then Smackdown or Raw. WCW was just a counterpart to Raw so it wouldn't work

Vince Owns the WCW name, so not unless it becomes another brand like the new ECW or something

After how bad the wwe messed up the ecw angle lets hope not. I hope tna gains ratings so they would push the wwe to be better. ECW and Smackdown are all but unwatchable.
