I am worried that my vagina wont look the same after I give birth (I am aware an episiotomy would result in some change) I'm more worried about the labia or clitoris stretching and becoming floppy? (for lack of better explanation or word)

I worked in L&D for many years, and never saw changes in labia or clitoris from birth [ we won't discuss obscene doctors who used to butcher women - they've all retired cause nurses won't put up with them ]
Episiotomy 'scars' [ white line - take a while to heal completely ] - yes.
Hemorrhoids - yes. Also take a bit to heal completely.

If you do your kegels then you'll be fine. Nothing will get stretched out or floppy anyway, but the kegels help keep the muscles down there toned and tight for bladder control and intimate pleasure later. The best tip I had was "do kegels constantly - when you are sitting at a red light, at stop signs, standing in line at the grocery store - everywhere. Not while going to the bathroom, though. You might get a urinary tract infection." Great advice and it worked for me. I never tore either (although I had a very smal epi during my first b/c they thought I would tear. I didn't tear with my 2nd or 3rd at all.)

Unfortunatly many times it does change. The color, the look, and yes the stretching. I didn't get an episiotomy but no matter what the look just changed. And really there is nothing you can do. But no matter what your partner will just get used to the new you.... and no matter what the baby is worth everything... because not only will it change down there but the shape of your body will be different

I've had 3 and I never ripped or needed an episiotomy, nothing has changed or gotten floppy. I had no stretch marks or significant weight gain or morning sickness for that matter. They were all normal weight too, and healthy.

No, it won't change... at least not enough that your guy will notice. I see no difference and I just had a baby a few months ago. Don't worry your ot going to turn deformed or anything like that.

Your clitoris is really not involved with labor. And don't worry, after awhile, it'll start to look like it used to. You just can't expect it to look like it did overnight.

Please don't worry patty will return to normal after giving birth. It does not stay the size of the baby's head. The incision is not noticeable unless you get a magnify glass or you tell someone to find it.
