I don't plan to quite since I'm not addicted. I know this because I go weeks without smoking and don't feel any desire to. But while drinking or partying, I smoke like a chimney.

I am female, Iowa, USA,daycare owner and student going for my BS. I smoke because i am addicted and to be honest it does help me when i am so stressed out. and yes i plan to quit smoking. I bought the patch today am going to start to use them on Monday. that's because a)they are expensive and B) i want to not die of lung cancer
