Guiliani turned Manhattan around in the 90's. He really cleaned it up and cut crime. He is a good man and an excellent politician. I don't know if he's primed to run the country, but he did wonders for NYC.

And yes, as a New Yorker during his tenure, I liked him and so did everyone I know, no matter their political affiliations.

No one ever heard of him outside of NYC before 9/11, at least no one I know of. He was a local mayor and nothing more. There's no way he's gonna win this election. He should drop out while he's ahead. He's always sticking his foot in his mouth as it is.
