It really depends. I think the girl has some interest in you whether it be her liking you or wanting something. By telling you she is drunk is a way to save her *** and use that as an excuse if she is rejected.

"Drunk is not consent." Take a second to think about the importance of that and always remember that one little sentence. And if you are one of those people that is willing to commit rape, remember that you may not be the first person she's done that to and who's actually taken her up on that offer so you have no clue what you could get from her.

I have to agree with the other answer about taking advantage of them. Maybe she just needed a friend or some help. Either way she isn't thinking clearly and sex could be damaging and the worst thing that could possibly happen. Drugs and sex do not go together ever.

whenever anyone (that isn't an established friend of mine) starts off a sentence with "i'm drunk" it is usually a precursor to them bluntly coming onto me, or telling me a giant story of everything that is wrong in their lives, and also coming onto me.
so i am very wary and ...avoidy.. as soon as someone starts a sentence with that.
people just use alcohol as an excuse to say things they usually wouldn't say, because they can later blame it on the alcohol, and not (of course) on their true intentions (assuming it doesn't work out favourably, in their opinion).
i don't like people who use alcohol for that. it seems low and pathetic to me.

No no no no NO! For the love of god man. Do not assume that just because someone is drunk they want you. You will be taking advantage of them if you do and could seriously hurt them.

NO!! She is DRUNK and does not know what she is saying! Please, dear LORD do NOT sleep with her if she is drunk. It may be easy to get into her pants, but she will seriously regret it afterwards and will, most likely, never speak to you again!
