Oh.. lots of things. The worst was when I told them I was going to the beach for the week when I was 16. My friends and I rode a train all the way from rural North Carolina to NYC just to see what the city was like. We stayed with a friends grandma in a tiny loft and had the best time of our lives. My parents would have never let me go (they didn't even like the beach idea), and I am so glad I did not miss that chance to see what the big city was like at a young age. I think it made me a more well rounded person. I know it was dangerous, but I'll never be sorry, and I'll never tell them. They think I'm an angel. ;-)

How much I despise them as parents. Ugh... but, they did inspire me to not be as crappy as them. Sadly, this is the truth.
