I think that Derek made the right decision yes i am really sad to see him leave and i know that i am not the only one. Derek said that he will only play in a city that has a great treatment facility. Yes there is great treatment facility in Salt Lake but there is better treatment facilities in which is daughter is suffering from. Well i hope that everything goes well with him and his family and i will continue to pray for them.

He might come back in a city that has doctors to treat his daughter. I agree god bless him and his daughter. Derek Fisher is a perfect example to how all athletes should conduct themselves.

I hope his daughter is getting better. He will play for a team that in a city can provide better medical treatment. I was actually thinking he can come up North to Toronto. Hospital for sick kids of Toronto is one of the best children hospital in North America. Maybe the Raptors can sign him too.

this is such a sad story. i hope his daughter gets better soon. i dont think he'll comeback until she gets much better bc he would want to make her his main focus without any distractions. i think he shows what athletes should be, a team player and an overall good person.
