they don't necessarily have to be in Mission Viejo, but somewhere near like Rancho Santa Marguerita. Anything close to Mission Viejo would be great! Oh, and i am a beginner so classes that have beginning stages for 14 year olds. thanks!

Check out this listing: http://www.shira.net/dir-us-ca-rest.htm There are 6 different sections that list the California dancers, but I'm sure you'll find something! It may take a bit of time to search through it all.
You'll also need to consider what style of dancing you want and how much time you will have to practice. Perhaps your mom or another female relative would like to take lessons with you? Usually older women begin belly dancing since it is traditionally considered a mature woman's dance. However, younger girls can join too! I have an 11-year-old in my dance troupe, and she works just as hard as the women in their 30s!
If you don't have time or a way to get to class, ask for a dance video for your birthday or other gift-getting holiday. I recommend Discover Bellydance: Basic Dance by Neena and Veena. If your mom is interested in dancing too, get Belly Dance for Mother & Daughter. I haven't seen it, but it looks like it would be fun.
