She needs to get the authorities involved. Even if they cannot (or will not) do anything right away, they will help her with the proper way to document the harassment. She will need some type of police report to get the phone company to help her document the harassing calls too.
She may need to consult a lawyer but I believe that her former employer could be made to assist her in stopping this. Most companies have a code of conduct and these former coworkers are certainly breaking any code of conduct by engaging in criminal activity.
The supervisors of the company are also engaging in harassment by calling her with bribes after she has refused to work there anymore.
She needs to get help now.

It sounds like there is a lot more to this story than is included here. Threats of rape, murder and beatings from coworkers just because she left her job? There is one heck of a backstory.
But that doesn't matter. She needs to press charges against all of these people. A restraining order is appropriate for mere harassment But if they are specifically telling her that they will rape her, and kill her, and gangfight her, while on her property, they are committing crimes. She must go to the police with specific names, dates, times, and direct quotes (as closly as she can) so these animals can be locked up. She also needs to contact her old jobs (not the supervisors who want her back, people higher up than them) and name names. They don't deserve to keep their jobs. Any semi-legitimate company will fire people on the spot for threatening a co-worker, even after that person has left.
In the meantime, see if you can move her somewhere that these monsters won't know to find her (And ask the police to watch her house. Anything done to it is vandalism minumum--more criminal charges).

She can take care of the stalking with a restraining order from the court. But she will have to go to the police first and report the stalking and harassment.

What in the world was this friend doing at work to make everyone act like rabid wolves to have her back. I'll bet she simply knows too much. She needs to go to the cops right now and follow their advice (restraining orders, witness program, etc).

Seek a temporary restraining order. Staying somewhere else for a while might be a good idea too.

If it's this serious, you would be talking to the police right now...or your friend would be anyways.
We can't help you here.
