Well, I'm 18.
And under 18 teens trying to act adult. Your consider a kid under 18 because you are considered illegal in this country.

There are a ton of people that are under 18. But what makes a "kid"? Why don't you ask, "how many people have the maturity level as a adolescent?" I am 17, but I hate stupid, immature narcissistic egotist's.
