Bacon and Eggs - chop and crisply fry bacon, scramble 2 - 3 raw eggs in a bowl. After you've cooked your noodles, toss them with about 1 - 2 Tbsp. bacon drippings and bacon peices and drizzle (while tossing) with the eggs, about 1/2 cup (or more if you like) Parmesean cheese and about 1/4 cup of the pasta water. - do this over heat so the eggs cook. Delicious! It's also a good idea to lightly saute chopped garlic in the bacon drippings before adding all the rest. If you're a garlic lover - you won't believe how phenomenal this is.

I have always loved pasta with garlic, olive oil and broccoli.
Also good: crushed tomatoes (fresh plum tomatoes are always best for this), basil, roughly chopped fresh garlic (large enough pieces to bite into & taste), basil and olive oil.
They sound plain but trust me they're full of fresh flavors. Especially the latter.

Yum. I personally like to make angel hair pasta (Buttoni) and mix in baby portobello mushrooms (sliced) a dash of olive oil, and a sprinkling of truffles. (not the chocolate kind!) Voila!

my favorite pasta dish is:
angel hair pasta
saute red/yellow peppers, sauteed with chardonnay and a little corn starch for thickness

it taste good with roasted sesame seeds if you like
you just put the seeds in the pan for one minute, they burn real easy, and roasted almonds too. It tasted smokey, it's my favorite.
to make a good white lasagna
ricotta cheese, garlic, and egg, spinach and moz, for one layer
vegys like onions/summer squash/zucchini/ peppers, and mix it with moz and a white sauce
just layer it.
yesterday on food network, I saw someone make a butternut squash sauce, out of squash/butter/garlic/pepper.
and I think she mixed it with parm
and she put it in rigatoni noodles.
pepper, salt, olive oil, and
