The only thing I would do over is to go back and take away any mean thing I said to my mom when I was a teenager. I know she understands why I acted the way I did, and I have apologized, but the things I said still haunt me.

I wouldn't change anything else because they've made me the person I am today....and I'm OK with me.

I would not take it. Sometimes I think my life is horrible and that if I could do it over again it would be better. I've realized though that my experiences have made me who I am, and I like who I am. Other people like who I am. I have many friends, I'm close to my family, and I'm usually happy. Why would I redo my life? I might not get the same result.

From "13 going on 30" eh? Okay, just one? Yes. Everone makes one mistake (whether it be huge or trivial) that either changed their life or eats away at them that wouldn't neccessarily change who You are today, but would let You right a past wrong, do the right thing back then etc. It could be something as greedy as "I sure wish I'd bought Microsoft stock when it came out", all the way to "I sure wish I'd finally taken that trip to see that relative before They died". So yes..I would. Not to change drastically who I am today, but to make something right for someone else which ultimately benefits Me also.

If you could do this , you never know what , out of the good things in life that you have now would be lost .I've made many mistakes and learned from them , so I think I'd just be satisfied with where I am and leave it at that .

No, because I would need an endless supply of 'do overs'.

Who only makes one mistake in life? Who's to say that the minute you arrange your 'perfect' life you won't just screw it up all over again?

Besides, each new day is a new chance to change your life anyway. Each new breath, each new moment we can live anew if we really want to, if we have the courage to step off the conveyor belt of routine and habit.

Of course, we'd want ten.

Just one?

I would not have given up on my high school sweet heart.
I took her home from a date one night and her sweat shirt was on backwards (as was the fashion of the time), her dad was drunk and accused her of stuff, called the cops and told them I raped his daughter.
I freaked out and ran away - it was horrible having the cops talk to my parents about rape.
But, I obviously didn't rape her (we never had sex) - but felt I should stay far far away from her: bad blood, bad news.

I should have found her at school, we should've talked -- I wanted to know that she was okay.
