Yes, I speak English. I am an American and speak English as my native language. You seemed to be able to speak English in your question. Your grammar and spelling are good. There are a couple of points I might explain on punctuation though. You may only use 1 exclamation point (!) in a row. You may only use 3 periods when making ellipses. (...) I only speak English. I would like to speak a second language but it's hard to learn another language when everyone you ever deal with speaks English.

i used to be like you....but based on the question, the way you wrote it i think you have some knowledge on it though....

you should try do it slowly

i used to spent 9 years learning the language at school....but have zero confidence in speaking english...

i wish you luck

i did by trying and referring to the dictionary most of the time. and mingle with people that speaks this language....it helps greatly

I do speak English, but not the QUEEN's English--I speak Americanized English.
That basically means performing "u"ectomies on words like "flavour" or "colour".
