You can buy bird diapers from http://www.bird-diaper.com/
I bought mine from eBay.com.

I got mine for the purpose of taking my bird outdoors with me (with the leash).
I don't think just getting it for indoors is worth it, but it is your choice. It takes A LOT of training and patience to train a bird to wear a diaper and enjoy wearing one, if your bird is either an adult or untame, it is especially difficult.

Your cockatiel needs time out of its cage every day (if not then it should have a big aviary and a cockatiel friend).

I have a rainbow lorikeet, and these birds squirt runny poop all over the place every few minutes. Whenever I take him out of the cage, I just have a bunch of tissues in my pocket, and maybe the all purpose cleaning spray nearby, and just wipe up his poop whenever he goes, it only take a few seconds to clean up. And their feces isn't all gross like dogs or something.

You can also toilet train birds, Google for information on that if you are interested.

Whatever you decide to do, diaper or tissues or toilet training, it is important for your cockatiel to get time out of its cage every day. Good luck.

If you're concerned about the bird being caged, why own a caged bird? It's my opinion that a larger cage for your bird would be a better option than bird-nappies. Take care.

Avian Fashions have them. It is a very common item. You can get them at most pet stores that sell birds.

If you can't find them anywhere, you might have some luck learning how to make them yourself...
