Bag boy at local grocery store
Picking up cans and bottles and selling to recycler
Ask parents/grandparents/neighbors to give you odd jobs around the house
Sell some junk on Ebay (old toys, comic books, baseball cards)

My son is in the same situation.
He has gone to neighbors and asked to cut their lawns, do yard work and he gets paid pretty good!
Cutting grass he gets $30 or more.
Sell some of your toys (video), games, books on Ebay or Craigslist.com.
You'll find something out there.

dude, mow yards.
when i was a kid i would mow yards on the weekends, and sometimes during the week.
I made more money than my friends with jobs, and i got to choose when i worked.
you can't be a flake though.
tell them you'll Mow their front yard for five bucks.
if they ask about the back, thats another fiver.
less than forty minutes, ten bucks.
five yards, fifty bucks.
pretty good money.

baby set, do yard work for people wash cars. walk their dog, do their groceryshopping,the list could go on and on.
