No. Lets also discuss the pardons of Caspar Weinberger, Elliott Abrams, a former assistant secretary of state for Inter-American affairs; former National Security Adviser Robert McFarlane; and Duane Clarridge, Alan Fiers, and Clair George that were given by his daddy to keep himself and Reagan out of jail for their parts in the Iran-Contra affair.

It's not even a question of Bush Versus Clinton. Every President has pardoned people, at least in modern times. Jimmy Carter pardoned Robert E. Lee. I don't know what he hoped to accomplish by pardoning the dead General that led the confederate army.

Oh, you wouldn't want to disturb their extremely limited scope of reality. Mr. Libby is "in the here and now" and the multitude of the Clintons pardons and commutations and suspected murder is in the past, so that requires a memory. Remember, Bush is STILL in office and can STILL hand down a whole bunch more. As typical he will do so in his last days in office as all prez's did before him.
