life is not fun....?

i tried to enjoy my life... but

it's still boring.................

life is fun... expand your idea of what is fun.... happiness comes when you are happy with what you have and where you are.

Life is what you make it. And if you realize you are basically incompetent and won't ever be able to make a decently enjoyable life, be prepared for a long slog of boredom and pain until you die. That's it. I've got nothing else. Carry on.

But, on the other hand, it is so FULL of different types of experiences/people/music/foods/places. Where have you been so far?
When I was 18 I did the wrong/right thing and took off, I traveled from the east coast to the west coast on a dime. And you would not believe how LIFE is LIVED. Also, if you are really bored, work a couple of days at an animal shelter, or a homeless shelter and just expand your life a bit beyond your own experience...

Nobody ever said life was going to be fun or fair or even easy. It's up to you to find or make the excitement. When it seems like every minute is filled with stress, you are the only one who can change it. Don't even talk to me about boredom, that is self-made and the easiest problem to correct. Bored people are only too lazy to do anything fun or important in their life.

Oh yeah ...life can be fun. Does the lawn need mowed? Try weeding the yard in the heat. Put out a garden , do the laundry and get down on your knees and scrub the toilet inside and out. Don't forget to bake a batch of cookies for the good time you're going to have at the end of the day after doing all that. Hey ...when you get up the next day don't forget to clean up kitchen if you didn't do it before bed last night. Water the yard and garden if needed, head out to garage and organized the mess throwing out or donating unwanted items. Have a yard sale make a bit of cash..be prepared for someone to ask if you'll take 25 cents for that item that you paid $50.00 for new and was hardly used. And when you say yes just to get rid of it they turn up their nose and walk away. Don't forget to head out later after picking up everything you set out in yard sale and head to gas station to fuel up the mower and car if you have one before prices go up. Oh check the fridge after you cleaned it out of rotten food and molded garbage for fresh veggies and fruits, milk, butter, and juice. Do this on garbage days. While you're at it you might want to go through the sale circulars to see where you can pick these things up cheap since you probably did not make much on the yard sale. Did I mention that you need to make an appoint. for your 6 month dental check up and cleaning? Cleaning of teeth is like cleaning of dishes. Nobody wants to eat on dirty plates. You can sit down for a bit before heading to kitchen to prepare supper for family. Now tomorrow you can have some more fun by planning your Christmas list earlier so as not to get in a financial bind and rush later in the year. Head out to the dollar store for those items you can make gift basket with. Toothpaste, brushes, cheap DVD's, silk flowers and ribbon, candy, household candles, novels or coloring books and crayons. Be creative. Do mug gifts with mugs, candy, and something for male or female gift on top , flashlights, jewelry etc. Are you still bored?
