LACasting.com = yes, but not for "big films" - you'll find more commercial stuff there. You'll find more "film" auditions on actorsaccess.com (which is division of breakdown services - these are the people who do the breakdowns for all the major TV and film roles)

Big films: lacasting.com
smaller commercial and easier stuff: nowcasting.com
