I have severeal guppies that just had fry and a few others that are still pregnant. One female I have in a breeder tank and I noticed some yellow clear round droppings in the bottem of the breeder. Not sure what that is and if they are dead eggs or something else. Just wierd and never have seen it before. Does anyone know what they are? She still seems pregnant too.

These are the undeveloped fry, or unfertalized eggs, and is completely normal, that way the fry that is developing normal has more space to grow in her

Hope that helped

Well when mine had her fry this happen to her too.Right after she had them she had clear droppings too.Its probably just like a human when their water breaks. It's just prolly the left over juices and stuff that was helping feed her young while they were still in her belly.I dont think it is anything serious.

She's aborting embryos most likely. I've heard this can happen and is common if the mother is stressed.
