want to die
sigh
then I get on here and make people angry that cheers me up. I have some music too that reminds me of a wonderful woman I was dating for awhile. That sort of cheers me up a little just thinking about her. I masterbate too that cheers me up a little, then I get the guilty feeling and my cheery mood goes away.

well i try to keep myself busy that way i wont think about it. The more things you have to do the less can you think about it being sad and alone. try going for a walk, exercising, hanging out with friends, writing in a journal your feelings (if you write about it, it might not be a jammed up in your head and the last thing you could do is listen to happy music(very mellow uplifting music). Music is a very therapeutic thing for you, it relaxes your mind and body, but dont listen to any depressing music that will make u feel worse. Always happy thoughts Thats what i do when i feel sad and depressed. hope it works for ya. Good luck

I listen to music and cry for a bit, then I ask my boyfriend to call me or I call him. He is in the UK and I am in the USA. I hope to join him later this year. I am fed up with feeling alone and sad cause I miss him so much. We do talk everyday though, so it's not all bad.

I watch Finding Nemo, Dory always makes me feel better because even though she's kind of nutty her views on life make sense. I also watch old Charlie Brown cartoons, Charlie Brown was so depressed all the time the only time he cheered up was when Linus made him rethink. Linus would make him remember that life was truly not that bad.

Different things. Sometimes calling a friend helps, sometimes not. Sometimes just having a nap helps or reading or praying. If the feeling becomes overwhelming or lasts for too long it's time to ask for help. I've sought professional counselling at different times in my life and found it helpful.

Blair my music in my room. Just sit there and sing along. Sometimes i like to take a walk with my ipod and not come back for a couple hours, just sit on the beach and clear my mind and sing at the top of my lungs. :)

I take a long bath/shower and retire with a drink - pinot noire.
And I think of all the positive things that's happened to me. I pray that God continues to bless me then I do breathing and relaxing while in bed and I fall asleep.
It works for me!

I take a shower/bath. Ot lay in bed listen to movie and think. Best thing to do for me. Otherwise i go for a walk to clear my head. ORR, sit in a place that i like with a nice view, like the ravine and just sit and star for hours.
