i have 2 pet ladybugs and i dont know if they can make babys or not..

Yes, like others have answered, there are male ladybugs, since these insects are dioecious (=male and females are different individuals).
Ladybugs belong to family Coccinellidae. Unfortunately they don't exhibit evident sexual dimorphism (=males and females are alike, see first source below), so unless they actually reproduce, you won't be able to tell the sex of your pets. If there is a noticeable size difference between them, the larger one may be female (see the second source below).

Eventually, if you have a male and a female, and the environment you provide for them is adequate, the female will lay eggs (they produce hundreds at a time). It says in my first source that they tend to lay their eggs near aphids which the young ladybugs will eat.

Yes, there are males. Their name Ladybug or ladybird came from the Roman- Catholic religion because the word "lady" is thought to allude to the Virgin Mary, and yes, your lady bugs can mate if one is a male.You can probably tell if one is smaller than the other. The insect/ arachnid kingdom is mostly built that way.

Yes there are male ladybugs.Although I only know that the female is bigger in size then the male.I dont know of any other visual differences but you could probably find them if there are any.

i think that ladybugs are named so because they're fat and is color red...maybe male kinds are simply called bugs...

if you mean hermaphrodite so no bugs are hermaphrodite it may be male or female
